    Terms of service

The rules that apply when you use this website and the free materials we publish through it.

    Effective August 6, 2026

    Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of mindfulware.com and any free materials we make available through it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

    Who we are

Mindfulware is a custom AI and machine learning engineering firm at 8230 Old Federal Road, Montgomery, AL 36117. Contact info@mindfulware.com or +1 (334) 221-3282.

    Use of the site

You may read, share, and quote this site for your own business evaluation. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.

Information on this site is not an offer or advice

Pages describing our capabilities, case studies, engagement sprints, and answer articles are provided for general information. They do not constitute legal, financial, insurance, tax, medical, or compliance advice, and they are not a binding offer. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship.

Published prices for our fixed-price engagements are indicative and may change. A binding scope and price exist only in a signed engagement agreement.

    Inquiries, RadarContact, and free materials

When you submit an inquiry or request a free RadarContact scan, you are asking us to review publicly available information about your website and send you a report. Free materials are provided as-is, at our discretion, and we may decline or discontinue a request.

You are responsible for deciding whether to act on any recommendation we send you, and for testing any file or change before applying it to a production site.

    Client engagements

Paid work is governed by the separate written agreement covering that engagement, including its terms on scope, fees, confidentiality, data handling, ownership of deliverables, and termination. Where that agreement conflicts with this page, the engagement agreement controls.

    Intellectual property

The text, design, logos, and other content of this site belong to Mindfulware or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce the site wholesale or present our content as your own. Third-party names and marks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.

    Submissions and feedback

Please do not send us confidential information, personal data about others, or anything covered by an obligation of secrecy through the website. Suggestions or feedback you send us voluntarily may be used to improve our services without obligation to you.

    Third-party links

The site links to third-party services such as our scheduling tool and external profiles. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.

    Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site or its content at any time.

    Disclaimer of warranties

The site and any free materials are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindfulware is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of this site or of any free material obtained through it.

    Privacy and cookies

Our handling of information collected through the site is described in our privacy statement, and the cookies we use are described in our cookie policy. Both are part of these terms by reference.

    Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, unless a signed engagement agreement provides otherwise.

    Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site or our services change. The effective date below reflects the most recent version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept it.
