Cookie policy
What this site stores in your browser, why, and how to control it.
Effective August 6, 2026
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, which works the same way for the purposes of this policy. This page expands on the Cookies and analytics section of our privacy statement.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary. Required for the site to load, stay secure, and remember the choice you make in our cookie banner. These are always active because the site cannot function without them.
Preferences. Remember settings such as your cookie choice so you are not asked again on every visit.
Analytics. Used to count visits and see which pages are read, in aggregate. We use this to decide what to write next, not to build a profile of you.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.
Your choice
The first time you visit, a banner asks you to accept cookies or keep only the essential ones. Your choice is stored in your browser so we can honor it on later visits. Choosing Essential only means no analytics measurement is applied to your visit.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies and site data in your browser, which brings the banner back.
Managing cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies from its settings, usually under Privacy or Site settings. Blocking all cookies is supported; this site remains readable if you do, though it may ask about cookies again on each visit.
Third parties
Our hosting provider, email delivery, and scheduling tools may set their own cookies when you interact with them, for example when you open our scheduling link. Those cookies are governed by that provider's own policy.
Changes to this policy
If we add or remove a cookie category, we will update this page and the effective date below.
